Cecil White Talks To Rotary Tuesday

George Nickel , program chairman of the local Rotary Club, announcer that his speaker next Tuesday will be Cecil F. White, of Fresno, the Democratic candidate for congress in this district.
White will discuss why he believes that the 160 acre limitation should be retained in the Bureau of Reclamation law as it applies to the San Joaquin valley project.
Nickel asked the Rotarians to bring any of their friends who might be interested in Mr. White's talk.
