Lions, Rotary Meet

The Lions and Rotary Clubs met in joint session at the Fire Department club rooms Tuesday evening to enjoy a delicious turkey dinner prepared under the supervision of Joe Ebner and his staff of helpers. The dinner, a highly informal affair, was the aftermath of a Rotary-Lions softball game last summer, which the Rotarians allegedly won.

President Harold Humphreys of the Lions and President R. Lindemann of Rotary jointly presided at the dinner and song fest, and later turned the meeting over to section leaders, who led the membership in an enthusiastic spontaneous program of brotherly love and good will.
