Los Banos Swim Winners Take Trophy

Here are a few of the youthful Los Banos swimmers who won permanent possession of the Rotary Club perpetual trophy following the invitational swim meet Sunday. Gayle Hardesty, who is Merced County's Centennial Queen, graciously presents the trophy to Miss Lynn Pimentel, who accepted on behalf of the local team. Also sharing in the presentation are Gail Gallant, left, Herbie Long, Ralph "Buzz" Merrell, and Sherrill Van Sheets, all winners of one or more events.
